Broccoli, Gruyere and Pancetta Quiche
Since she had the day off, Chuck pulled together
this quiche, using a recipe from the Washington Post
and adding cooked pancetta, Gruyere instead of Swiss, and steamed, chopped broccoli. Delicious!
