Medallion Reya Pants

Earlier this year my sister and had some fun picking out second-hand craft supplies at The Makery, and we scored some fun stuff!

My sister picked out this fun printed cotton fabric and wanted a pair of summery pants.

The fabric is originally from Ikea. Love the color combination!

For a pattern, we landed on the Chalk and Notch Reya pants - my sister liked how my wool pair fit and we thought they would work well for her.

We were right! Look at that fit in the bum on these size 14s!

I put the drawstring on the interior of the waistband, and I skipped the side seam pockets and added one back patch pocket, with a fun little label:

The Reya's front pintuck detail gets a little bit lost in the busy print, but in real life it gives the pants a little something something that makes them less pajama pant and more outside pant.

So cute!

Bonus shot:

Double bonus if you stuck through it... my sister knit herself this gorgeous sweater with a fun yarn that we also bought at The Makery. It's Look at My Holes by James N. Watts:
