My CSA this week included watermelon and Spanish black radishes, which I've never had before, and which, frankly, scared me a little bit.
But I found this recipe for Herbed Goat Cheese Spread with Radishes on Toast that looked tasty and used herbs I had in my Aerogarden, so I thought I'd give it a try. I made one small change- adding some minced shallots- since I didn't have a ton of chives. Awesome. Delicious.
