The recipe? Well...that was a funny story. We (the girls and I) had all the stuff out...flour...onions...chicken...milk...chicken stock...and were ready just to throw it together when you-know-who arrives and tells me what to do. I was ready to just put it all in a dish with a pastry cover and cook it. Little did I know that I had to make a roux (an extremely new word to me). Good thing she arrived on the scene. I didn't realize the receipe she gave me was incomplete.As far as the blue...it was just milk and food coloring we brushed on. Tasted fine.
