Brussel Sprouts

Martha just got these at Trader Joes and I thought they were cool. So I took a picture and posted it. Check back later to see how they get prepared...

  1. I got some in the CSA this week... for a simple dinner, I quartered them, sauteed them in olive oil with minced garlic and S&P, and then topped it with a fried egg over easy. Awesome.
